Law helps every body

So far I know, law helps everybody. The stipulation is that the sufferer must go before the law. Law will not come to you. Law helps those who are vigilant not those who sleep over their rights. One should must know, law is made for you. you are not made for law. Some people do not belief in advocates. It is wrong thing. As you believe in your doctor so you should believe in your legal advisor. If you would not belief in your advocate, you had to lose. Law is a very complicated thing. The judges also interpret laws in the interest of common lay man in the interest of poor.As and when or as soon as you find yourself that you are something losing, you must first should take the shelter of one competent legal counselor to redress your grievances. A competent legal counselor will certainly redress your grievances. Hereafter I shall cite cases through which I have redressed the grievances of layman. I have been able to get back the lost right of the people with the help of law. As such I am of the view that everyone can get their right if he go before the right people or right forum. from the next blog I shall elaborately discuss the cases came before me and I redressed the same with the help of law in the interest of the sufferer. Kudmi Samaj ka adhunik andolan

      कुड़मी समाज को जगाने के लिए एक और आंदोलन तैयार किया जा रहा है।  इसके लिए  २२-७-२०१२ को धनबाद में एक बैठक रखा गया फिर एक बैठक ०५-८-२०१२ को ग़ांधी सेवा सदन में रखा गया। और एक कमिटी का गठन किया गया और इसका नाम कुड़मी विकास मोर्चा रखा गया।   तब से अब तक यह कमिटी कुड़मी समाज का काम कर रही है। यह कमिटी धनबाद और बोकारो जिला में काफी सभाए की और लोगों को जगाने का काम किया। मोर्चा कई बार दिल्ली गया और रांची भी गया और मामले को आगे बढ़ने का काम कर रही है।

Today Kudmi Vikas Morcha has taken a lot of action for rescheduling of Kudmi Caste in ST list. The Morch went to Jantar Mantar on 17.12.2012 and staged Dharna there. Again 26.8.2013 Kudmi Vikas Morach staged Dharna at Jantar Mantar to raise this demand.

             Further Morcha took appointment in the Secretariat of Ministry of Tribal Affairs and had a dialouge on this issue with Joint Secretary of the Ministry. Further, the Morcha got a letter written from Sri BK Hariprasad, the General Secretary of AICC to the Hon'ble Minister of Ministry of Tribal Affairs and Sri Hemant Soren, CM, Jharkhand. Thus the Morcha is taking active action for the mission.
