Formation of new Political Party

I have decided to formulate a Political Party. I have named it Bhartiya Loktantrik Party i.e. Indian Democratic Party. The aim of this party will be to eradicat the poverty of India. I have full belief that niether the Congress Party nor BJP will eradicate the poverty. I am very much anxious to go through the articles of news papers about poverty in India. So I decided to do for this. I thought there is no way except forming a new Party otherwise my all efforts will go in vain . I know changing of system or society is very difficult and time taking but it is to be done by someone. I have decided it and I shall eradicate the poverty through political process. I hope the people of India will believe in me.

Delayed justice

We often criticize for delayed justice. But we do not try to go into the deep of the problem. We only complain the system. The population of India is enormous so certainly there will be large number of cases in courts. To meet the situation we should take action for increase of courts and judges. If number of courts and judges are increased then certainly there will be no complain of delayed justice. While doing for the sake of justice I found that majority people or workman do not desirous to go to the courts for redressal of their claims. They say in courts there will be delay. So I do not want to go to courts. Notwithstanding the facts that there have been much delay in deciding the issue what to do. The common people in India are unable to think that law is ultimate remedy. Courts in its decisions state that since there has been enormous delay so the claim cannot be entertained. At the moment this view of the court is to be communicated to all lay men. The common idea that in courts there will be delay is required to be changed. I went through numerous judgements in which justice is denied by the so called executive class or authorities who are required to extend the benefits as provided by laws. Such denial are required to be opposed vehemently. These denials or deprieving of rights are never to be accepted. If injustice is tolerated it will be hazardous to the democratic set up. You have to reject injustice straitway. In no way injustice or denial of any legal right should be left unopposed.

This should be strictly followed.

Fight against poverty and injustice

These are the two dangerous demon of our democratic set up. We require severe fight against them. We do not fight it is our weakness. We remember that there is no option but to fight. This fight does not require muscle power. It requires mind power only. We have not been made slave by chain but we have been made slave by mentally. We have to identify the mental aspect of this thing. We are job less. We believe that god may be found but cannot job. We are hopeless about job. We do not try much. We have himself discouraged. It is not good. We have to deeply thing over it.

INJUSTICE

Elimination of injustice is really a vital task. In India it has rooted to a deep. We should not give up the hope. We should not think that elimination of injustice or corruption is impossible. India is a highly populated country and there are scarcity of judged in the courts of law in proper portionate. Hence we have to deal the matter as per available resources. Each Indian has to fight against the injustice and corruption. Any lapses means surrender. If you want India should be great you have to act.

Every day you have to fight against injustice. Anywhere if you see that injustice is being done you have to act immediately. You don't shirk your shoulder. At least you write a letter to the concerned authority unanimously. You write to the Vig.Deptt. Lastly at least you write to a active friend about the matter. Certainly it will be a matter a courage and it will be a fight against injustice.

Law helps only those of take the shelter of law. You have to go to the doors of laws. In Indian democracy if you have rightful desire you have law to fulfill those desires. You give only wings to the desire. We have ourself surrogated the desires. The Constitution of India is made for poor, made for suppressed classes, made for eliminating injustice & made for equality. There is inequality either in income of standard of living all can be abolished, but you have to make efforts. The very bad thing that we do not make efforts. So we should start making efforts right from today.

Poverty can be eradicated

The poverty can be eradicated. We are responsible for the poverty of India. India is ruled by ourself. We have adopted our constitution and there is much stipulation for good governance and welfare of the citizen of India. We should think over the poverty of India. On one side there is enormous wealth and on other side there is extreme poverty. We are all responsible for this gap. We should bridge the gap for the benefit of our brother and for the benefit of our India. If we want to keep India strong and prosperous then this gap of haves and have notes is required to be eliminated. Naxlites and other problem is nothing but it is feed back of our deed done in the fields of development. Towns are developing but villages are still behind the civilization. This inequality is required to removed. The richer and getting richer and the poorer are getting poorer day by day. This inequality is required to be abolished.

There are so many problems for which we are responsible. Injustice is one of them. We should fight in a concert way against injustice. There is law for us for the country. We have our constitution. Constitution of India provides every way for redressal of all types of grievances.

We should fight. Fighting must not be stopped. We should fight against poverty and injustice

Poverty can be eradicated

All we are suffering from poverty. India is fighting against poverty. About 78% of people of India are earning Rs20/- in a day. Really it is a very sad figure. We need to change it. It cannot be changed by one people. A concert effort is needed. Poverty is not such a demon which cannot be defeated. It can be defeated. All we are responsible for this drastic poverty. Until & unless our mentality is not changed we cannot get rid of poverty.

We should believe in policy of live and let live. We lived but we did not allow the other poor to live. There should be pain in our heart for those who are not getting basic requirement of living. In one side there is mountain of wealth and the other side there is extreme poverty. We have no moral right to live in such a society.

Our country is a welfare state & democratic country. We ourselves rule the country. Whatever be the economic condition of our country, we are responsible. We should develop in our heart the place for needy people then & only then our India can be stronger and stronger. Our India is not a poor country. India is all along remain a great country. So far the availability of food grain is concerned, in this context we are self dependent. There are enormous minerals and other natural resources. There is no scarcity of any resources. In spite of all these things we are seeing poverty, lack of basic needs of life.

There is need of change of heart of the people who are having a lot and there is also need change of attitude who are sufferer. Poor must be helped. A sense of humanity is to be developed for eradication of this drastic poverty.

Law

Law helps those who are vigilant not those who sleep over their rights. LAW is always helpful. In India people fear from courts. It is not so. People should not fear from courts. Courts in a democratic country are friends. If any legal rights are violated by any person one must go before the appropriate courts. In India there may be delay in justice but justice cannot be denied. We must take the shelter of law if any injustice is done. The first fight against injustice is to approach the court of law. There is delay in justice. It is due to cases are more and judges are less in numbers, therefore if the number of judges are increased this problem may easily be sorted out.
